Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta. Cook the linguine or spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the diced yellow onion and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes begin to break down and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the cooked lobster meat and the entire tub of Trader Joe's Lobster Bisque to the skillet. Stir well to combine. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.

Stir in the crushed red pepper flakes, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and the juice from half of the lemon. Continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Add the cooked and drained pasta directly to the skillet with the sauce. Toss thoroughly to coat the pasta. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed. Serve immediately in bowls, garnished with fresh chopped parsley and an extra sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
