Season the sliced chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

While the chicken cooks, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and boil until fork-tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a separate large pot, cook the fettuccine (or preferred pasta) according to package directions until al dente. Before draining, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water. Drain the pasta and set aside.

In the same pan used for the chicken, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in 2 cups of heavy cream and stir. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until it is melted and the sauce has thickened. If the sauce becomes too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

Incorporate 5 ounces of fresh spinach into the sauce, stirring until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked pasta, boiled potatoes, and cooked chicken back into the pan with the Alfredo sauce. Mix all ingredients well to coat evenly with the sauce.

Serve hot and enjoy!
