Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender: frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, packed spinach, ripe banana, vanilla protein powder, unsweetened coconut water, chia seeds, and grated fresh ginger (if using).

Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more coconut water. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes.
