In a bowl, combine the melted butter and powdered sugar. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Add the milk to the butter and sugar mixture and mix until smooth.

Gradually add the all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda to the wet ingredients. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.

Take each dough ball and stuff it with chocolate chunks. If using Amul dark chocolate, stuff each ball with 2-3 pieces.

Place the stuffed dough balls into a steel katori (small bowl). Top with additional chocolate chunks.

Place the katori with the dough into the freezer while you preheat the air fryer.

Preheat your air fryer to 160 degrees Celsius for 5-6 minutes.

Once preheated, carefully transfer the katori from the freezer to the air fryer basket. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Carefully remove the katori from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before enjoying your single-serve cookie tin!
