Place the sliced cucumbers into a large glass container with a tight-fitting lid.

Add the chopped red onion and minced garlic to the container with the cucumbers.

Spoon in the plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil into the container.

Add the pre-cooked, shredded or chopped chicken breast to the container.
