Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan assisted) or 200°C (conventional). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the 250 grams of bread flour (or all purpose flour), 20 grams of baking powder, and salt to taste. Whisk briefly to combine the dry ingredients.

Add the 450 grams of 0% Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients in the bowl.

Mix the ingredients together, initially with a spoon or spatula, then switch to mixing by hand. Continue to mix and knead until the ingredients come together to form a large, cohesive dough ball.

Lightly flour a clean work surface and transfer the dough ball onto it.

Divide the large dough ball into 4 equal pieces.

Take each piece of dough, roll it out into a log shape, then bring the ends together and pinch them firmly to form a bagel shape. Place the formed bagels onto the prepared baking tray.

In a small bowl, prepare the egg wash by whisking together 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water.

Brush the tops and sides of each bagel generously with the prepared egg wash. If you don't have a brush, you can use your fingers.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over the egg-washed bagels as a garnish.

Bake the bagels in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. The bagels should be soft and chewy in the center.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
