Add 100 grams of oats into a blender.

Add 180 ml of water to the blender with the oats.

Blend the mixture until it is smooth and forms a batter. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan on the stove over medium heat.

Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot pan. Immediately spread the batter evenly with the back of a spoon or by tilting the pan to form a thin, round wrap, about 15-20 cm in diameter.

Cook the first side for 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface and the edges begin to lift and look dry. Gently flip the wrap using a spatula.

Cook the second side for another 1-2 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the cooked wrap from the pan and set aside on a plate.

Repeat the process for the remaining batter to make a total of 8 wraps. You may need to adjust the heat as you go to prevent burning.

Once the wraps are made, take one prepared oat wrap and lay it flat.

Spread Philadelphia cream cheese evenly over the entire surface of the wrap.

Add lettuce on top of the cream cheese, followed by sliced avocado.

Sprinkle your desired spices over the fillings, then add the air-fried chicken.

Drizzle sriracha generously over all the fillings.

Carefully roll up the wrap tightly from one side to the other. Optionally, cut the loaded wrap in half before serving.
