Divide the 2.5 kg of minced meat into four separate clear plastic bags. Pour hot water into each bag, ensuring the meat is well-covered. This step helps to loosen the meat.

To each of the four bags, add 1 egg, 3/4 of a grated potato, 5 g of chopped parsley, 50 g of shredded mozzarella, 0.5 g of sweet paprika, 0.5 g of salt, and 0.5 g of black pepper. Mix thoroughly within each bag.

To one bag, add the diced red bell pepper. To a second bag, add the grated carrot. To a third bag, add the grated zucchini. Leave the fourth bag plain or add another vegetable of your choice. Mix each bag well to incorporate the vegetables.

Distribute the 125 g of fried bacon evenly among the four bags, adding it to each minced meat mixture. Mix again to combine.

Transfer the contents of each plastic bag into larger, flat plastic bags (or use one large bag and divide the mixture). Press the minced meat mixture flat within the bags to create an even layer, about 1/2 inch thick.

Using a dough scraper or the back of a knife, press lines into the flattened mixture through the plastic bag to divide it into equal, individual portions. Do not cut through the bag.

Place the bags with the divided meat mixture into the freezer for 3 hours, or until completely frozen solid.

Once frozen, remove the meat mixture from the freezer. Use kitchen shears to carefully cut the individual frozen pieces from the plastic bags.

Preheat your oven. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the cut, frozen minced meat pieces on it in a single layer.

Bake the pieces for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

Serve the baked minced meat pieces hot, optionally garnished with fresh vegetables like lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and carrot.
