Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. If using, add 1-2 eggs for added structure. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Take the ground chicken mixture and press it evenly onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, forming it into a thin pizza shape.

Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until it appears golden and firm.

After the initial baking, increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).

Add the toppings to the baked crust: spread the pizza sauce, then sprinkle the light mozzarella cheese, and finally add any desired toppings (e.g., beef pepperoni).

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and bubbly.

For extra crispiness, you can optionally broil the pizza for 1-2 minutes. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.

Once out of the oven, for a sweet and spicy kick, top the pizza with a light drizzle of honey and hot sauce (sriracha is recommended), if desired. Serve immediately.
