To a hot medium-sized pot, add the ground beef and peeled Italian sausage links. Break up the meats with a spoon or spatula as they cook.

Once the meat is browned, drain any excess fat. Add the diced white onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, celery stalk, and flour to the pot. Stir well to combine, ensuring the flour is fully incorporated and no longer visible.

Push the meat and vegetable mixture to one side of the pot, creating a space in the center. Add the tomato paste to this cleared space. Cook the tomato paste for 1 minute, stirring it continuously to prevent burning.

Stir the tomato paste into the meat and vegetable mixture. Add 1 cup of beef stock, the Lipton beef packet, and the Worcestershire sauce to the pot. Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add the remaining 1/2 cup of beef stock, Golden Steer Table 40 seasoning, Golden Steer Bow Tie seasoning, and Cajun seasoning to the pot. Stir to combine. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.

During the final 7-8 minutes of the sauce simmering, bring a separate large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the thin spaghetti noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente.

Once the sauce has finished simmering, remove it from the heat. Drain the cooked spaghetti noodles thoroughly.

Add the drained spaghetti noodles directly into the pot with the 'dirty' sauce. Stir well to ensure the noodles are fully coated with the sauce.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Dirty Spaghetti!
