Take a large cucumber and slice it in half lengthwise.

Using a spoon, carefully scrape out and discard the seeds from both halves of the cucumber.

Chop one half of the deseeded cucumber into small pieces and place them into a mixing bowl.

Scoop out 40 grams of avocado and add it to the bowl with the chopped cucumber.

Add 100 grams of cooked chicken (or imitation crab) to the bowl.

Add 50 grams of Light Philadelphia cream cheese to the bowl.

Add 15 grams of Kewpie mayo to the bowl.

Add a splash of light soy sauce.

Add a pinch of MSG.

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in the bowl together until well combined and creamy.

Take the other deseeded cucumber half and fill it generously with the mixed protein and avocado filling, creating a "cucumber boat."

The cucumber boat is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
