Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Place the bacon strips in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet, chop into small pieces, and set aside. Drain off most of the bacon grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan.

Add the ground beef to the same skillet with the remaining bacon grease. Season with Badia Sazon Complete seasoning. Cook over medium-high heat, breaking up the meat with a spoon, until fully browned and crumbled, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat thoroughly.

While the beef cooks, unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean, flat surface (like a cutting board or silicone mat). Press the seams together to form a single rectangular sheet.

Evenly spread the cooked and drained ground beef over the entire surface of the crescent roll dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the chopped crispy bacon over the ground beef, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.

Starting from one of the long sides, carefully and tightly roll up the crescent dough with the fillings inside, forming a log. Use a sharp knife to cut the rolled dough into 8-10 individual 'roll-up' pieces, about 1 1/2 inches thick.

Arrange the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

While the roll-ups are baking, prepare the special sauce. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and sweet relish. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.

Once baked, remove the cheeseburger roll-ups from the oven. Serve warm, garnished with fresh chopped parsley (if desired), and with the special sauce for dipping.
