In a medium mixing bowl, flake the drained canned tuna with a fork.

Add the mayonnaise, finely chopped red onion, chopped fresh cilantro, drained canned corn, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl with the tuna.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined and evenly distributed.

Lay one flour tortilla flat. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the tuna mixture onto one half of the tortilla. Spread the mixture evenly across that half, leaving a small border.

Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shaped wrap.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining tortillas and tuna mixture.

Heat a large non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Add 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil to the pan, or just enough to lightly coat the surface.

Place one or two folded wraps into the hot pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the filling is heated through.

Remove the cooked wraps from the pan. If desired, cut each wrap in half before serving.
