In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground meat, grated carrots, and chopped green onions. Add the entire packet of Mingle Sweet & Savoury CHOW MEIN All Natural Recipe Base and the sachet of Mingle Sweet Chilli Sauce (for filling).

Mix all the filling ingredients thoroughly until well combined and a cohesive mixture forms.

Lay a round dumpling wrapper flat on a clean surface. Place about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the prepared meat filling onto the center of the wrapper.

Fold one side of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly into a small cylindrical shape. Press the edges firmly to seal. Repeat this process with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Once the dumplings are rolled, line up four filled dumplings. Carefully thread a wooden skewer through all four dumplings to hold them together. Repeat for the remaining dumplings to create 6 skewers.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place the dumpling skewers into the hot pan, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy on one side.

Flip the skewers and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until evenly browned and the filling is cooked through. The internal temperature of the meat should reach 74°C (165°F). Remove the cooked skewers from the pan and set aside.

To prepare the Bang Bang Sauce, combine the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), sriracha sauce, and the sachet of Mingle Sweet Chilli Sauce (for sauce) in a small serving bowl.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together until smooth and well combined.

Arrange the cooked Crispy Bang Bang Dumpling Skewers on a serving plate. Drizzle the prepared Bang Bang Sauce generously over the skewers. Garnish with additional chopped green onions and serve immediately with lime wedges.
