In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Add the two dark liquid seasonings. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a wooden spoon until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Using a small ice cream scoop or similar tool, scoop portions of the chicken filling directly into the hot skillet. Aim for about 6 portions for a standard skillet.

Place one square wonton wrapper directly on top of each scoop of filling in the skillet.

Cover the skillet with a lid. Allow the dumplings to steam for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the wrappers are tender.

While the dumplings are steaming, prepare the sauce. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili crisp or chili garlic sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir well with a small spoon to combine.

Once the dumplings are steamed, remove the lid from the skillet. Pour the prepared sauce directly over the dumplings in the skillet, ensuring it coats them evenly.

Garnish the finished dish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately and enjoy.
