Thinly slice your chosen beef cut, if not already done.

In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with all the ingredients listed under "Beef Marinade": 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 3/4 grated apple, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 2 chopped green onions, 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds, and 1/2 tablespoon chili flakes. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated.

Cover the bowl and let the beef marinate for at least 25 minutes. This can be done at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Add a bit of oil to a large pan or wok and heat it over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add the marinated beef to the hot pan in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Remove the cooked beef from the pan and set it aside to cool slightly.

Using the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Add the washed green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until they start to become tender-crisp.

To the green beans, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon minced garlic. Stir to combine.

Turn the heat to medium and continue to fry the beans for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the beans to finish cooking to your desired tenderness. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Serve the cooked Asian sliced beef and green beans over a bed of freshly prepared jasmine rice. Enjoy!
