In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Add the freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese to the bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the finely chopped pickles for garnish, then add the remaining 1 1/4 cups of chopped pickles to the bowl.

Stir in the finely chopped fresh dill, red pepper flakes, finely diced shallot, and pre-cooked bacon bits.

Pour in the entire packet of ranch seasoning mix. Using a spatula, thoroughly mix all ingredients together until well combined and uniform in texture.

Transfer the prepared dip into a serving dish or an empty Grillo's pickle container for a fun presentation.
