Preheat your oven to 425°F. Lightly dust a large baking sheet or pizza stone with all-purpose flour or cornmeal, or line with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle, approximately 14 to 16 inches in diameter.

Arrange the mozzarella cheese sticks around the very edge of the rolled-out dough, leaving about 1 inch of dough exposed beyond the cheese. Carefully fold the exposed dough over the cheese sticks and pinch firmly to seal, creating a stuffed crust. Brush the stuffed crust lightly with water or olive oil and sprinkle generously with sesame seeds.

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded or diced cooked chicken breast with 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce. Mix until the chicken is fully coated.

Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough base, making sure to leave the stuffed crust clear. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, then arrange the fresh mozzarella slices on top. Scatter the finely diced red onion over the pizza.

Carefully transfer the prepared pizza to the preheated oven. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven. Drizzle additional buffalo sauce and ranch dressing in lines across the hot pizza.

Garnish generously with thinly sliced green onions and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
