In a large pan or wok, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until no pink remains, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain any excess fat from the pan. Add the frozen stir-fry vegetables to the browned beef and stir to combine. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the vegetables start to soften.

Add the frozen vegetable fried rice to the pan with the beef and vegetables. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes, allowing the rice to heat through.

Push the beef, vegetables, and rice mixture to the sides of the pan, creating a well in the center. Crack the egg into the well and scramble it directly in the pan until just cooked. Once scrambled, mix the egg into the rest of the dish.

Pour the Soyaki sauce, soy sauce, and Frank's RedHot hot sauce generously over the entire mixture. Stir everything together thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are coated evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the sauces to heat and meld.

Remove the pan from the heat. Cover the pan and let the dish rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to combine and deepen.

Serve hot, topped with optional spicy mayo, yum yum sauce, or additional hot sauce, as desired.
