Ensure you have a base mixture of cooked and cooled rotini noodles, drained and flaked crab meat (real and/or imitation), finely diced celery, and cooked, chopped shrimp already combined in large pans or a very large mixing bowl.

In a separate large mixing bowl, add the 60 fluid ounces of mayonnaise.

Add 1 cup of regular yellow mustard to the bowl with the mayonnaise.

Pour in 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard.

Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice.

Add 1/4 cup of garlic powder.

Add 1/4 cup of onion powder.

Add 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning.

Add 2 tablespoons of seasoned salt.

Add approximately 1 tablespoon of McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning.

Thoroughly mix all the sauce ingredients together in the bowl until well combined and smooth.

Taste the prepared sauce. Adjust seasonings if necessary. If the sauce does not taste right, the final seafood salad will not taste right.

Pour the mixed sauce over the rotini, seafood, and vegetable mixture in the large pans or mixing bowl.

Using a large spoon or similar utensil, mix all the ingredients in the pans until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of granulated sugar over the entire mixed seafood salad. This step is optional but recommended for balance.

Mix the sugar into the salad until evenly distributed.

The Seafood Salad is now ready to be served. For best flavor, chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
