Add the great northern beans, chicken bone broth, and water to a large crockpot.

Place the smoked turkey drumstick into the liquid in the crockpot.

Add the chopped green bell peppers, chopped celery, and chopped onion to the crockpot.

Sprinkle 2 to 4 tablespoons of Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning over the ingredients in the crockpot.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for approximately 10 hours. This is the main cooking time for the beans and turkey.

When the beans have about 1 hour left of cooking (or after the 10 hours are complete), prepare the sausage. Drizzle olive oil into a separate pan and heat over medium-high heat.

Slice the Conecuh Hickory Smoked Sausage into rounds and add them to the hot pan. Fry the sausage until it is a little crispy, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the beans have finished cooking for about 10 hours, add the fried Conecuh sausage to the crockpot.

Carefully remove the smoked turkey drumstick from the crockpot. Pull out the bone and shred the turkey meat using two forks, then return the shredded turkey meat to the crockpot.

Add 1 tablespoon of onion powder and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder to the mixture in the crockpot.

Stir everything together thoroughly. Taste and add a little bit more Tony Chachere's seasoning if needed, to your preference.

Serve the White Beans & Rice hot over a mound of freshly cooked white rice. Enjoy!
