Place the pork belly strips into the inner pot of a rice cooker. Ensure the rice cooker is on the "warm" setting to facilitate mixing the marinade.

Add the Char Siu sauce, hoisin sauce, dark caramel sauce, honey, Shaoxing wine, maltose sugar (or granulated sugar), seasoning powder, and red food coloring powder to the rice cooker with the pork belly.

Wearing a glove, thoroughly mix all the marinade ingredients with the pork belly directly in the rice cooker until each piece is well coated.

Close the lid of the rice cooker. Set the rice cooker to its 'cook' setting (or equivalent for cooking meat). Cook for approximately 40 minutes, or until the pork is tender and cooked through.

After cooking, carefully remove the tender pork belly from the rice cooker using tongs. Place it on a cutting board.

Chop the cooked pork belly into bite-sized slices.

Arrange the chopped Char Siu on a serving plate.

Pour the remaining sauce from the rice cooker over the chopped pork.

Serve immediately, ideally with steamed rice.
