Gather all your materials. Lay out the red cardstock sheets on a clean, flat surface.

Using the ruler and pencil, lightly mark out four equal rectangles on each sheet of cardstock. A good size for each card would be approximately 4 1/4 inches by 5 1/2 inches, allowing for two cards per 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet. You will be making 4 cards in total, so you'll only need 2 sheets of cardstock for the cards themselves, but having extra is good for practice or mistakes.

Carefully cut out the marked rectangles using scissors. Aim for straight lines to ensure neat cards.

If you have a corner rounder punch, use it to round the corners of each cut card. This gives them a professional and finished look, mimicking the example image.

On each card, use the black fine-tip permanent marker to write the title at the top: '6 questions for deeper conversations with your best friend'. Practice on a scrap piece of cardstock first to ensure your handwriting is clear and centered.

Below the title, write out your 6 chosen conversation starter questions. Ensure they are spaced out nicely and easy to read. At the very bottom of each card, write 'flamingo cards' in a smaller font, as seen in the example.

Allow the ink to dry completely before handling extensively to prevent smudging. Your Flamingo Cards are now ready to be used for engaging conversations with your best friend!
