Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add 1 pound of ground chicken to the hot pan. Break up the ground chicken with a spoon and cook until it is fully browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.

While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a separate medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Whisk these ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

Once the chicken is browned, carefully drain any excess fat from the pan.

Pour the prepared sticky honey garlic sauce over the cooked chicken in the pan. Stir to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky.

Add 2 servings of cooked ramen noodles (prepared according to package directions) to the pan with the chicken and sauce.

Add 1 cup of slaw mix to the pan.

Stir all ingredients together thoroughly to combine the noodles and slaw with the sticky sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the slaw is slightly softened.

Serve the noodles immediately, garnished with freshly chopped green onion.
