Place the 1 kg of cubed pork belly into the large glass container of the Ninja Crispi Air Fryer.

Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce and 1 tablespoon shrimp paste to the pork belly.

Next, add the aromatics: 3 tablespoons chopped onion, 3 tablespoons minced garlic, 3 tablespoons minced ginger, 1/4 cup chopped green chili peppers, and 1/2 tablespoon chopped red chili peppers.

Sprinkle 40g of coconut milk powder over all the ingredients.

Wearing a glove, thoroughly mix all the ingredients with the pork belly until well combined.

Temporarily remove the seasoned pork mixture from the glass container and set it aside.

Place the crisper plate into the bottom of the glass container.

Return the seasoned pork mixture onto the crisper plate in the glass container, spreading it out evenly.

Cover the glass container with the Ninja Crispi power unit.

Set the air fryer to "Air Fry Mode" and adjust the time to 25 minutes.

Once the air frying is complete, carefully remove the power unit.

Using a slotted spatula, remove the air-fried Bicol Express from the glass container, allowing excess oil to drain. Place the cooked pork on a separate plate.

Add a desired amount of cooked rice directly into the glass container, which will contain the flavorful drippings and seasonings from the pork.

Mix the rice thoroughly with the drippings and seasonings in the container.

Top the seasoned rice with the air-fried Bicol Express.

Garnish with additional sliced green chili peppers and red chili peppers for extra flavor and presentation. The dish is now ready to be served.

If there are leftovers, cover the large glass container with its provided lid.

To reheat, transfer a portion of the Bicol Express and rice mixture into the smaller glass container (also provided with the Ninja Crispi).

Place the smaller container into the Ninja Crispi base, and cover it with the power unit.

Set the air fryer to "Recrisp Mode" for 5 minutes to warm and re-crisp the leftovers.
