Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a standard muffin tin or silicone egg bite molds.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.

Stir in the chopped fresh spinach and crumbled feta cheese into the egg mixture.

Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin or molds, filling each about two-thirds full.

Carefully place the muffin tin or molds into the preheated air fryer basket.

Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

Let the egg bites cool slightly in the tin before removing them. Serve warm.
