In a small bowl, combine the 3 tablespoons of mayo, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the sauce is smooth. Set aside.

Divide the 240 grams of seasoned minced beef into 4 equal portions.

Take one mini tortilla and place a portion of the seasoned minced beef on top. Press the minced beef down firmly onto the tortilla, spreading it evenly across the surface to create a thin layer. Repeat for all 4 tortillas.

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Place the tortillas beef-side down into the hot pan. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip the tortilla so the cooked beef is facing up. Immediately place a slice of American cheese on top of the cooked beef. Allow the cheese to melt slightly from the residual heat, about 1 minute.

Remove the tortilla from the pan once the cheese has melted. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

On each tortilla with the cooked beef and melted cheese, add a generous amount of shredded lettuce.

Add a spoonful of chopped tomatoes.

Add a few slices of pickles.

Drizzle the prepared burger sauce over the toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
