Lay one whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean work surface.

Spread 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Spread 1 tablespoon of fruit-only strawberry jam over the peanut butter layer.

Arrange a portion of the thinly sliced banana over the jam. If desired, sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of chia seeds over the banana.
