Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in an oven-safe pan (such as a Dutch oven or cast iron skillet) over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and chopped celery to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables have softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the 1/2 cup flour and 1 tablespoon minced garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, to create a roux.

Slowly pour in the 3 cups chicken broth, stirring continuously with a whisk to prevent lumps, until the mixture is smooth and combined.

Season the mixture to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt, poultry seasoning, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Stir well to incorporate.

Add the chopped rotisserie chicken and 1 tablespoon chicken Better Than Bouillon to the pan. Stir until well combined.

Stir in the 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1 can drained green beans until everything is thoroughly combined and heated through.

In a separate medium bowl, combine the 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1 1/2 cups warm water, and 1 pack chicken Stove Top stuffing mix.

Stir the stuffing mixture gently until moistened, then let it sit for 2 minutes to absorb the liquid.

Evenly spoon the prepared stuffing over the top of the chicken mixture in the oven-safe pan.

Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

Carefully remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve by itself or over mashed potatoes.
