Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch cast iron skillet or an 8x8 inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, Old Bay seasoning, minced garlic, sliced scallions, salt, and black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of the grated New York aged white cheddar cheese into the mixture. Continue mixing until the cheeses are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

Gently fold in the jumbo lump crabmeat. Be careful not to break up the large crab chunks too much, maintaining their texture.

Transfer the crab dip mixture into the prepared cast iron skillet or baking dish. Spread it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of grated New York aged white cheddar cheese generously over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly around the edges and the cheese on top is golden brown and melted.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve hot with toasted baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
