Carefully cut around the stem of each bell pepper (2 red, 1 orange) to remove the core. Rinse the cored bell peppers thoroughly under cool water.

Take a spoonful of pumpkin puree and use a small spatula or spoon to spread it along the inside walls of each cored bell pepper. Ensure a good coating on all sides.

If using, place a small amount of dog kibble inside each bell pepper, allowing it to settle into the pumpkin puree.

Break off pieces of the peeled banana. Place one piece of banana into each bell pepper, gently pushing it down into the pumpkin puree and kibble mixture.

Add more pumpkin puree on top of the banana and kibble, filling the bell peppers further. You can smooth the top with your spoon or spatula.

Place the stuffed bell peppers in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen. This will create a longer-lasting enrichment treat for your dog.
