Prepare the Basic Overnight Oats Base: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until well combined and there are no dry clumps of protein powder.

Divide the base: Divide the oat mixture evenly into four separate jars or containers. This will be the base for each of the four variations.

Prepare Cookies & Cream Overnight Oats: To one jar of the base mixture, stir in the crushed dark chocolate sandwich cookies. Cover and refrigerate.

Prepare Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats: To a second jar of the base mixture, stir in the cocoa powder until fully incorporated. Cover and refrigerate.

Prepare Apple Pie Overnight Oats: In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the diced apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Microwave for 30-60 seconds, or until the apple is slightly softened. Let cool slightly. Stir the apple mixture into a third jar of the base. Cover and refrigerate.

Prepare Cookie Dough Overnight Oats: To the fourth jar of the base mixture, stir in the chocolate chips and cookie dough pieces. Cover and refrigerate.

Chill Overnight: Refrigerate all four jars for at least 8 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the oats to soften and thicken.

Serve Cookies & Cream: Before serving, top the Cookies & Cream oats with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a whole dark chocolate sandwich cookie.

Serve Chocolate Peanut Butter: Before serving, top the Chocolate Peanut Butter oats with sliced banana, chopped peanuts, a dollop of peanut butter, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Serve Apple Pie: Before serving, top the Apple Pie oats with granola, a swirl of plain Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Serve Cookie Dough: Before serving, top the Cookie Dough oats with granola and a dollop of whipped cream.
