In a large bowl, combine the 250 ml warm milk, 1 tablespoon instant yeast, and 1 tablespoon sugar. Mix these ingredients well.

Add the 500 grams all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 100 grams melted butter, and 1 egg to the milk mixture.

Mix all the ingredients together until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it for 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until its size has doubled.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. In a small bowl, combine the 100 grams softened butter, 100 grams brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a paste.

Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release the air.

Roll the dough out into a large rectangular shape, approximately 16x12 inches (40x30 cm).

Evenly spread the prepared cinnamon filling over the entire surface of the rolled-out dough.

Starting from one of the long edges, tightly roll the dough into a log.

Using a sharp knife or dental floss, cut the log into 12 equal pieces.

Arrange the cut cinnamon rolls in a greased rectangular baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches or 23x33 cm).

Cover the baking dish and let the rolls rise again in a warm place for another 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze. In a bowl, combine the 150 grams softened cream cheese, 50 grams softened butter, 100 grams powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Whisk the glaze ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Once the cinnamon rolls are removed from the oven, allow them to cool slightly for a few minutes.

Generously spread the prepared cream cheese glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.

Serve the cinnamon rolls warm.
