In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped red onion, finely chopped fresh cilantro, finely chopped green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined and the mixture is cohesive. Ensure the spices are evenly distributed throughout the chicken.

Take approximately 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture and form it around a metal skewer, shaping it into a cylindrical kebab. Repeat with the remaining mixture and skewers.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully place the formed kebabs into the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd. You may need to cook them in batches.

Lightly spray the kebabs with oil to help with browning and charring.

Air fry the kebabs for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time (around 7-8 minutes) to ensure even cooking and charring on all sides.

Once cooked, the kebabs should be golden brown with charred edges and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).

Serve the chicken seekh kebabs hot with fresh lemon wedges, red onion rings, and a side of green chutney, if desired.
