Preheat the oven to 100°C for the apple chips. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

For the Apple Chips: Take 1 apple and slice it very thinly using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife.

Arrange the thinly sliced apple pieces on the prepared baking tray.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder and granulated sugar evenly over the apple slices.

Bake the apple slices in the preheated oven at 100°C for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, carefully flip all the apple slices over.

Continue baking for another 30 minutes, or until crisp.

Preheat the oven to 180°C for the apple roses. Prepare a muffin tin.

For the Apple Roses: Take a sheet of store-bought puff pastry and cut it into strips, approximately 5 cm wide.

Brush each pastry strip generously with melted butter.

Slice 1 apple thinly. Arrange the thin apple slices along one edge of a pastry strip, overlapping them slightly.

Sprinkle granulated sugar and cinnamon powder over the apple-lined pastry strip.

Fold the bottom half of the pastry strip over the apple slices.

Carefully roll up the entire strip to form a rose shape.

Place the apple roses into the cups of the muffin tin.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

For the Apple Donuts: Slice 1 apple into thick rounds, about 1 cm thick.

Using a small circular cutter or a knife, remove the core from the center of each apple round to create a donut shape.

Spread an even layer of peanut butter over one side of each apple donut.

Drizzle chocolate sauce decoratively over the peanut butter.

Finish by adding sprinkles on top of each apple donut.
