Preheat your oven to 375°F.

Place the halved cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and toss them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper. Ensure they are evenly coated.

Roast the seasoned cherry tomatoes in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until they soften and begin to blister. Remove from the oven and set aside.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh basil, the minced garlic clove, and 1 tablespoon of balsamic glaze. Mix until all ingredients are well blended and a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.

Spread the prepared cheese mixture evenly into a small oven-safe baking dish.

Spoon the roasted tomatoes over the top of the cheese mixture in the baking dish, distributing them evenly.

Bake the dip for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the dip is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges.

Carefully remove the hot dip from the oven. Finish with an extra drizzle of balsamic glaze over the top and a sprinkle of fresh basil for garnish.

Serve the Three-Cheese Tomato Bruschetta Dip warm with toasted baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
