Take four clear glasses. Scoop a generous amount of Nutella and carefully spread it around the inside rim of each glass, allowing it to drip down the sides to create a thick chocolate layer.

In each Nutella-lined glass, add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon of hot water.

Using a handheld milk frother, vigorously mix and whip the coffee, sugar, and water in each glass until the mixture becomes light, frothy, and creamy, resembling a Dalgona coffee base. This should take about 1-2 minutes per glass.

Measure 1 fluid ounce of Baileys Irish Cream and pour it into the frothy coffee base in each glass.

Fill each glass with ice cubes.

Pour 1/2 cup of cold milk into each glass, filling it up and blending with the coffee, Baileys, and ice.

Place a cookie or biscuit on the rim of each glass.

Dispense a generous swirl of whipped cream from a can on top of each drink, covering the cookie and completing the beverage. Serve immediately.
