In a medium bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Using a hand mixer or a spatula, mix all the ingredients until they are well combined and the mixture becomes light and fluffy. The mixture should be whipped until it's light yellow and fluffy.
