Preheat your oven to 350°F. If making two loaves, ensure both oven racks are ready.

Measure 2 cups of your chosen Häagen-Dazs ice cream flavor into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave briefly (about 15-30 seconds) to soften it, making it easier to mix, but be careful not to fully melt it into a liquid.

Add 1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour to the softened ice cream in the bowl.

Using a fork or spoon, mix the ice cream and self-rising flour thoroughly until a uniform batter is formed. Ensure there are no dry pockets of flour remaining.

Grease an 8x4 inch bread loaf tin thoroughly with butter-flavored cooking spray.

Pour the mixed ice cream and flour batter into the prepared tin. Gently tap the tin or spread the mixture with your spoon to level the top.

Place the bread tin into the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once baked, carefully remove the bread from the oven. Let it cool in the tin for a few minutes before carefully inverting it onto a cutting board or wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve, optionally with a spread of Kerrygold Pure Irish butter.
