Chop the 300g chicken breast into small pieces. Season the chicken with 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic granules, 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, 1 teaspoon onion granules, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

Cook the seasoned chicken in a pan over medium-high heat until it is browned and cooked through. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.

In a small bowl, combine 10g panko breadcrumbs with 5ml olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add 10g grated Parmesan to the breadcrumb mixture and mix again.

Air fry the breadcrumb mixture for 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Alternatively, toast in a dry pan over medium heat until golden.

In a separate bowl, combine 50g Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Take one small wrap. Place a portion of the shredded chicken onto the wrap. Place the chicken-side down onto a hot pan and immediately smash it with a spatula or press until the chicken is flattened and adheres to the wrap. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the chicken side until crispy.

Flip the wrap over. Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top of the cooked chicken side of the wrap. Cover the pan with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the wrap is lightly browned and crispy. Repeat with the remaining wraps and chicken.

Once cooked, remove the smashed tacos from the pan. Fill each taco with 20g of fresh lettuce. Drizzle generously with the prepared Caesar dressing. Top with the crispy panko and Parmesan croutons.
