Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Evenly spread the shredded Cheddar Jack cheese into a rectangle on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the onion rings in a single layer over the cheese.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the onion ring wrap from the oven and let cool for 5–10 minutes, or until sturdy enough to handle.

While the onion ring wrap cools, heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until browned.

Drain any excess grease from the cooked beef, then stir in the kosher salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth to create the special sauce.

Starting along one short side of the cooled onion ring wrap, layer the romaine lettuce leaves, tomato slices, dill pickle slices, cooked bacon, seasoned beef, and a generous drizzle of the special sauce.

Carefully roll the wrap tightly. Transfer it to a clean sheet of parchment paper and wrap it snugly to help hold its shape.

Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
