Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and optional chili flakes. Mix well to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Divide the cheese mixture into 4 equal portions. On the prepared baking sheet, form each portion into a round, flat disc, about 5-6 inches in diameter. Leave some space between each disc as they will spread slightly.

Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy around the edges.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the cheese rounds cool on the parchment paper for about 15 minutes. As they cool, they will firm up and become crispy. While still slightly warm and pliable, carefully lift each cheese round and gently shape it into a taco shell or bowl form. You can drape them over an inverted bowl or a rolling pin to help them hold their shape as they cool completely.

While the cheese shells are cooling, prepare the Caesar salad according to package directions. In a large bowl, combine the pre-cooked chicken with the Caesar salad mix, including the lettuce, croutons, and dressing.

Once the cheese taco shells are fully cooled and firm, fill each shell with the prepared chicken Caesar salad.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Taco Chicken Caesar Salad!
