Preheat your oven to 375°F. Select a 9x13 inch baking dish or similar oven-safe dish.

Pour the full-fat coconut milk into the baking dish. Add the Soyaki sauce, red curry paste, and minced garlic.

Whisk all the liquid ingredients and garlic together until well combined and the red curry paste is fully incorporated.

Add the fresh spinach to the sauce mixture. Stir gently until the spinach is coated and begins to slightly wilt.

Carefully arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer in the baking dish, ensuring they are submerged in the sauce as much as possible.

Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the dumplings are fully cooked through and the sauce is bubbly. The dumplings should be tender and heated through.

Carefully remove the baking dish from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving to allow the sauce to settle and thicken slightly.

Garnish generously with chopped green onions and a dollop of Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch before serving.
