Place the uncooked spaghetti in a large microwave-safe bowl. Pour 4 cups of water over the spaghetti, ensuring it is fully submerged. Cover the bowl tightly with cling film.

Microwave the spaghetti on high for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, remove the cling film, and drain the cooked spaghetti thoroughly using a colander.

Place a large non-stick pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil to the pan and allow it to heat until shimmering.

Add the drained spaghetti to the hot pan, spreading it out into a single, even layer. Place a lid on the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bottom side is crispy and golden brown.

Carefully flip the spaghetti to cook the other side. If the pan seems dry, add another tablespoon or two of vegetable oil around the edges of the spaghetti. Place the lid back on and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the second side is also crispy and golden brown.

Transfer the crunchy pasta to a serving plate. Squeeze ketchup and mayonnaise generously over the pasta, according to your preference. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.

Serve the crunchy pasta immediately and enjoy!
