Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the wet ingredients: almond milk, egg white, and nonfat Greek yogurt. Whisk until well combined.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: granulated sugar substitute, all purpose flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder.

Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix until just smooth, being careful not to overmix.

Pour the brownie batter into a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (slightly underbake for a fudgier texture).

While the brownies are baking, prepare the frosting. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and chocolate whey/casein blend or plant protein powder. Mix until smooth. Chill the frosting in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Once the brownies are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool completely. Once cooled, spread the chilled frosting evenly over the brownies.

Sprinkle the crushed Oreo over the frosting. If desired, add an optional whole Oreo on top of each brownie, writing icing sugar, and/or melted chocolate chips for decoration. Chill again if you prefer a firmer frosting.

Slice the brownies into 9 equal pieces and serve.
