Prepare the Guacamole: Cut the jumbo avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Add the diced purple onions, chopped cilantro, juice from the lime, and diced tomatoes to the bowl. Season with garlic powder, granulated onion, and Lawry's Seasoned Salt to your preference. Mash and mix all ingredients together until well combined and creamy. Taste with a Dorito chip (or a spoon) and adjust seasonings as needed.

Cook the Taco Meat: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced white onions until softened, about 3-5 minutes. Add the 1 pound of ground turkey to the pan with the onions. Break up the turkey with a spoon and cook until it is nicely browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Season the Taco Meat: While the turkey is browning, season it generously with Lawry's Seasoned Salt, granulated onion, garlic powder with parsley, and pure ground black pepper to create a good base of flavor. Once browned, add the entire packet of Siete Spicy Taco Seasoning. Fill the empty seasoning packet with approximately 1/4 cup of water and pour it into the pan with the meat and seasoning. Stir well to combine, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Assemble the Tacos: Take the Old El Paso Bold Nacho Cheese Flavored Taco Shells. Fill each taco shell with a generous amount of the prepared taco meat. Drizzle Kraft Classic Catalina Dressing over the meat. Add shredded lettuce, a mix of shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar and Mexican Blend cheeses, and a spoonful of the fresh guacamole. Spoon some of the canned Gourmet Nacho Cheddar Cheese Sauce over the toppings. Finish with sliced pickled jalapeño peppers to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
