In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is warm but not boiling. Remove from heat.

Stir in the Trader Joe's Organic Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract. Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until thoroughly chilled.

While the ice cream base is chilling, prepare the peanut butter swirl. In a small bowl, combine the Trader Joe's Creamy Salted Peanut Butter and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Once the ice cream base is chilled, pour it into your Cuisinart ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions, usually for 20-25 minutes, until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

During the last 5 minutes of churning, slowly drizzle in the peanut butter mixture. Allow it to swirl throughout the ice cream.

Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container. For a firmer ice cream, freeze for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
