Dice the fresh strawberries into small pieces. Divide the diced strawberries evenly among 9 sections of an ice cube tray.

Spoon the high protein Greek yoghurt over each section of strawberries in the ice cube tray. Gently press and mix the yoghurt into the strawberries using a small spoon or toothpick.

Place the 70% dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in short bursts (e.g., 15-30 seconds at a time), stirring after each burst, until it is completely smooth and melted.

Spoon a thin layer of the melted dark chocolate over each strawberry and yoghurt bite in the ice cube tray, ensuring it covers the top.

Carefully place the ice cube tray into the freezer. Allow the bites to freeze completely until set. This will take at least a few hours, or you can leave them overnight for best results.

Once completely frozen, pop the bites out of the ice cube tray. Enjoy them straight from the freezer for a firm bite, or let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften slightly before eating.
