Place 1 cup of cooked Rheechun white rice into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of spicy chili crisp to the center of the cooked rice.

Open both cans of Dongwon tuna. Drain any excess liquid if desired, then add the entire contents of both cans on top of the rice and chili crisp in the bowl.

Squeeze 3 tablespoons of Kewpie mayo over the tuna, rice, and chili crisp mixture.

Using a wooden spoon or spatula, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together in the bowl until they are well combined and form a uniform orange-colored mixture.

To serve, scoop a portion of the mixed spicy tuna and rice onto a piece of Assi seaweed. Fold the seaweed around the mixture and enjoy immediately.
