In a large bowl, combine the bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks. Add the green seasoning, minced garlic, garlic & herb seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, lemon pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly by hand until the chicken is well coated.

Cover the bowl (e.g., with aluminum foil or plastic wrap) and let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. For best flavor, you can marinate it longer, up to 4 hours.

Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large baking dish or pan, add the halved baby potatoes, sliced onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped carrot. Drizzle the vegetables with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the vegetables with salt, black pepper, and Badia complete seasoning. Toss to combine.

Place the 4 sprigs of fresh thyme on top of the seasoned vegetables. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on top of the vegetables in the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, carefully remove the lid or foil from the pan. Switch the oven to broil setting. Broil for 1 to 3 minutes, or until the chicken skin is golden brown and slightly crispy. Keep a close eye on the chicken to prevent burning.
